At Ten60 Halifax, all leases are individual, so you’re only responsible for your portion of the rent. You can bring your own roommates or let us match you with compatible housemates. During the application process, you’ll have the option to list preferred roommates if you have any. Signing a lease is quick and convenient – everything is done online through our prospect portal, which you can access here.

Yes, residents are required to have liability insurance. If you don’t have your own policy, you can enroll in Cardinal’s liability waiver for a small monthly fee.

Absolutely! Each fully furnished apartment at Ten60 Halifax offers a comfortable living space, complete with a sofa, one or two side chairs (depending on the floor plan), bar stools, a coffee table set, a TV and stand, a full XL bed set, stackable dressers, a desk, and a desk chair.

Yes, Ten60 Halifax offers ample parking for residents, as well as visitor parking for guests. Residents must register their vehicle and will either get a general unpaid parking permit or receive a reserved parking permit for a small monthly fee of $50.

Your monthly installment includes high-speed internet, a fully furnished apartment, 24/7 emergency maintenance, and controlled access to the property. You’ll pay for water, and electricity separately. 

Yes, your furry friends are welcome at Ten60 Halifax! We welcome up to two pets per apartment. To ensure a happy and healthy environment for all, we ask that your pets weigh under 50 lbs, be at least one year old, and have up-to-date licenses and vaccinations.  A non-refundable pet fee of $400 and a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet will apply.

Move-In Days for Fall 2025 are scheduled for August 8th and August 9th, 2025.

We offer three convenient qualification methods: guarantor, self-qualification, and a prepaid rent addendum.  If you’re using a guarantor, the guarantor can apply after the primary applicant has submitted their application and selected “guarantor” as their qualification method.  The primary applicant will then provide the guarantor’s email address so they can complete their application.

For Fall 2025, we offer two lease term options based on your preferred move-in date. Our leases follow an equal installment plan, meaning your total annual rent is divided into equal monthly installments throughout your lease term. This simplifies your payments – no calculations needed, just one consistent base rent amount each month!

Yes, Ten60 will be a gated community. 

We make moving in easy! At Ten60, we handle the utility setup for you.  You can then manage and pay for your utilities conveniently through our resident portal app. 

Paying your rent installment is simple! It’s due on the first of the month, and you can easily pay online through our Resident Portal.  We offer a variety of payment methods, including e-check, debit card, credit card, and MoneyGram, and you can even set up automatic payments for added convenience.
